Needling is a bio-mechanical remodeling treatment for facial rejuvenation, acne scars and stretch marks.


Skin needling improves scar appearance by stimulating your skin to produce collagen. The medical roller creates multiple pin point wounds to the skin, stimulating release of growth factors and laying down of new collagen.The needles are very short and very thin; they enter the stratum corneum to the beginning of the dermis, puncturing the first capillary. In this way the “lazy” cells are stimulated to produce substances that give elasticity to the skin.

The inclusion of these small, thin surgical needles causes the cutaneous nerve receptors to receive the same type of stimulus as if they were in the presence of a superficial skin lesion.

The needles are so thin that they can not cause tissue lesions but they stimulate the proliferation of new cells, for example, fibroblasts that are transformed into collagen and elastin. The final mission is to transform these cells into collagen, which integrates with the existing one in the epidermis.
This “mechanical stimulus nervous” triggers the process of revitalization and rejuvenation.

This technique can be applied to any area of the body and it can be repeated. Depending on the condition of the skin it is recommend an initial cycle of 2 – 3 treatments.
As the newly-formed collagen requires an average maturation time of 6 weeks, it is recommend an interval of about two months between the treatments.
The day after the treatment you can resume the social life, with the aid of a slight make-up.
The treatment with needles shorter than 0.5 mm can be performed at home from the patient. The result of the therapy at home is equivalent to a light scrub with revitalization.

Treatment schedule:
• It starts with the cleansing of the face where the active ingredient is applied.
• Dermaroller is used for 5-10 minutes in all directions: vertical, horizontal, diagonal.
• At the end of Rolling, apply a mask with l-ascorbic acid to 20% that is left in place for about 20-30 minutes.
